Aaand my big mouthed-fingers never stops talking either, ordering me to smash them on certain key buttons in an engineeric sequence to transalate my haunted and yet surprisingly noisy brain.
In the past few weeks i have encountered alot of talk about "love" and how people are striving to find it, hold it and embrace it while sucking the life of it. Which for me, a good for nothing brainstromer, got me thinking.. Hmm..
Now i've had my share in "love" or whatever you want to call it, and i have come to a conclusion that made me more than satisfied. Let me take you from the beginning O' children of mine:-
From what we have recovered from history we find that man(or woman) has made it clear that he is in desperate search and need of or for love, looking at such transparent clues such as plays, stories, paintings, poems, art and even bed time stories, we always find a man and a woman ending with eternal love. Now love, is portrayed back then (and even now) as a holy bond, uniting and igniting two souls together making them inseperable in each's point of view (the coulpe's). And that is what everybody wants, right? so.. did you see what i saw?
You see art, is a description of emotions and emotional needs. We flow our needs and wants into a masterpiece, its human nature. artists portrayed their need for "eternal" or "perfect" love in their work and pressured it into our hearts making what is but a truely an illusion, reality. Making us believe that such imaginary bond exist among us. Love between a couple will never be as much and as balanced as it is portrayed in stories and also ofcourse in the media. Its the dead truth, and there is no escape from it.
I believe in love, i love those who are dear to me, but never as it is shown to us in those "arts", because those sources are based on emotional needs that were never true. What is sad that people still believe in it, and they still search even when the idea is clear to them. Think :/
I bet you, that shakspere is rolling in his grave laughing at you :/
Suck it up! this is reality :) Be strong
Yours truely, Saod Al-Terkait
