فكرت بالموضوع وايد و بما إني مو خبير اب هل سوالف قلت أكتب موضوع على أمل اني ألقى جواب.
الموضوع عن "انقطاع الكهرباء" اللي يصير اب شكل عشوائي و يفصل عن البيت مرة وحدة من غير أي انذار قبل انقطار الكهرباء طبعاً
المعروف ان انقطاع الكهرباء المفاجئ قد يتسبب بتلف الأجهزة الكهربائية خاصةً أجهزة الكمبيوتر, اذا انقطعت عنها الكهرباء اب شكل مفاجئ راح يتسبب بحرق أو تلف بعض أجزاء الكمبيوتر اذا مو الكمبيوتر كله.
سؤالي هو, اذا حاشني تلف من انقطاع الكهرباء اب أجهزتي هل أقدر أرفع قضية على الوزارة ولا لأ ؟

Well, technically I guess you can, and you have solid grounds for it. However in Kuwait, that could take too long and bring very little. Not sure.
My advise however is to get power regulators and place them infront of all valuable electrical devices. It will cost you 10-20 KD to get them, but will free your mind from those worries.

power regulators are for protecting your equipment from power surges, power black outs are the opposite to that. the solution, which might not be so great for anybody, is to buy UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply)devices, but they are more expensive then the whole electrical gadgets in your room combined. but you should be happy to know that we have already passed the peak load of the summer so the likelyhood of having a power blackouts is very small. but also bare in mind tha that does not mean a fault might occur in one of the many substations which will ultimatly result in cutting the power to your nieghberhood (sp). ya3ni min al akheer saw mithli wu 9akkir jihazik/laptobik dayman 3shan ma tetbahdal, lol.
3ala fikra , when the blackouts happened the transfomer got shot and had to replace it, but others were not so luckly as their HD went dead along with the transformer.....
