Hey There fellow bloggers and Kuwaitis in general, I would like to inform you guys that I am a frequent contributor to www.Goal.com (International Asian Section) . I am thinking about writing an article about the level of Kuwaiti Football, something in regard to the title of this post.

If you would like me to mention anything in particular in the article please do.

Why Apple Mac SUCK !

ooohhhh yaaaa,,its been a while,,,a looong while since i posted something,,and im back and on FIIIRREEE !..ok that was too much..e7m e7m...

*inhalation,,exhalation*

Where should i start with this, I'll make it simple so that 'close minded people'(call them whatever you like i don't care) can understand why Apple SUCKS !!

Many people think that Mac are actually more safer,easier/friendly user and more efficient than any windows pc, I personally know many people who switched to Mac or are the thinking of switching to Mac just cause "Windows are not safe and lags a lot", which is a totally false statement, research shows that Windows is the MOST ,YES MOST secured Operating System, with its almost daily security updates that Microsoft offers. why ? read the post and you'll know.

1) security :

You may ask yourself, Is Mac really safer than Windows?
Many don't know what SDL is, SDL stands for Microsoft's Security Development Lifecycle, which basically is the place where Windows Security patches come from, which causes Windows to have less vulnerabilities than any other Operating system.

in 2008 the was a challenge called "Pwn to Own" where Pro Hackers get challenged to break into 3 operating systems, Mac, Windows and Ubuntu ( Linux ).They started with the Mac and it only took them LESS THAN 2 MINUTES TO BREAK IN !! so much for security.

  Charlie Miller targeted the Mac for a simple reason --- breaking in was like taking candy from a   baby.

"It was the easiest one of the three," he told Computerworld. "We wanted to spend as little time as possible coming up with an exploit, so we picked Mac OS X."  - computerworld.com

This latest faceoff only confirms what security researcher Dino Dai Zovi noted a year ago, when he successfully broke into a Mac in a previous version of this year's security challenge. In an interview, he had this to say to Computerworld when asked whether Mac OS X or Vista is more secure:

"I have found the code quality, at least in terms of security, to be much better overall in Vista than Mac OS X 10.4. It is obvious from observing affected components in security patches that Microsoft's Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) has resulted in fewer vulnerabilities in newly-written code. I hope that more software vendors follow their lead in developing proactive software security development methodologies."

"More than a day later, hackers were still trying to break into the Vista machine. It was cracked only when the organizers of the challenge changed the rules and made the machine easier to break into, by adding a variety of third-party applications, including Acrobat Reader, Flash Player, Firefox, and Skype. A vulnerability in the Flash Player led to the successful break-in. The Ubuntu machine was never successfully breached." - computerworld.com

and the reason why Windows has more Viruses than Mac or Linux is just because Mac and Linux holds around 10-20% of the market, so mostly no one will look at them anyway.

There are too many other reports about operating system security, and one of the most reliable one is simply from the mother of most computer systems nowadays, IBM. IBM showed that Windows Server 2008 is the MOST SECURED operating system in 2008 beating MAC OX and LINUX.

Mac Users may say : "hey that was in 2008", well good news wise asses in 2009 Mac OS was hacked by the same hacker Charlie Miller IN LESS THAN 10 SECONDS !! - details

I think this is enough for Security :)

2) Hardware :

a) no right clicks on their mice !! ( to right click u have to hold command and click )..its 2010 for goodness sake !! ,, NO OMAR YOU CAN USE 2 FINGERS TO RIGHT CLICK,,well wise ass, in windows you only need to move 1 finger....
b) i still didn't find a mac laptop with an HDMI output !! i can get a small simple Netbook that costs 200-300$ that has one and even a computer like a Mac Pro doesn't have one...so much for a 2000+$ laptop
c) you cant change a text msg ringtone on a iPhone !! WTF!!
d) iPad is NOT a multi-tasking device ( you cant run more than 1 program at once !) NO NO NO NOOO COMMENT !! ( thought 'no comment' is a comment! )
e) You cant Upgrade any internal device , you have to REPLACE the hole damn laptop !!


cant think of anything else for now lol

3) Gaming :

Mac DOESN'T support DirectX , so most games wont run on Mac, even the graphics part , Mac is noo better than windows, windows can run same Video cards as Mac does so Mac is NOT BETTER than windows in graphics at all


4) Battery life :
But Omar,Mac battery life is the best, and there is no similar laptop that runs Windows that can provide the same battery life as the Mac,,,well Wise ass ,,, there are couple of Laptops from ASUS that can run 10 hours and 12 hours i think thats more than enough,,and hey you dont have to pay 2000$ for them becaue they only cost 700-800$ ;),, you can thank me later for this


bottom line ,Appple SUCKS !

Finally, Its the cloud that will rain the destined river to cut the line

All the mountains will bow to the raging currents against this line

And the music of a thousand instruments will play a unique cosmic rhythm to sway the line

Girl By the Sea ( Drawing + photoshop coloring )

Drew this yesterday while thinking of the girl I always wanted to meet ( If you don't know who I'm talking about click here ), this is the same girl and yes, she got a new haircut !

First lets go with the original , I used a Bic pencil.

I decided to color it by using photoshop, and since i stayed up all night drawing and hanging at my friend's apartment, I decided to lets say 'quick color' the drawing, and i applied Poster Edges Filter and that's it.

yes, its not perfect but I don't feel like adding something again :P

Update :

This song can represent the relationship if i can say between the girl the pictures and me :P
